Hustle For Your Health 5K

This morning my fiancée, Monica, and I ran in our first 5K, St. Louis University's Hustle For Your Health. Since moving to St. Louis in May, we have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Along with dieting, we have been exercising 3-5 times a week. Usually we run about 1.5 miles and occasionally 3 miles.

Being a little on the heavier side, I didn't expect anything amazing. My goal was to run the entire 5K without walking. I completed my goal and got a time of 26:23. I can't wait to run another.
